The evening starts with a great Happy Hour or "Pau Hana" as we call it in Maui. A great spot is in the newly reopened Maui Tropical Plantation at the Mill House Restaurant. Cafe O'Lei is operating it and it's a great spot to sip, snack and enjoy the view.  This day the light shining through the clouds on the West Maui Mountains showed the topography of the mountains with deep gulches and multiple peaks. The reflecting pond added to the charm and tranquility.
